Beginning January 17, 2011, DMI Office implemented a quick ship program for the continental United States. Deliveries to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, eastern TX, and all states east of this line will be delivered in 3 normal business days or less. Deliveries to MT, WY, CO, NM, western Texas, and all states west of this line will be delivered in 5 normal business days or less.

DMI Office Furniture continues to “GO GREEN”….
On August 20, 2009, The American Home Furnishings Alliance accepted all DMI Furniture, Inc. locations into the EFEC (Enhancing Furniture's Environmental Culture) program. It was through due diligence and hard work that DMI reduced its environmental footprint by accomplishing overall reduction in landfill waste, water usage, and electrical usage through conservation and recycling programs. Each location also implemented continuing employee education programs.
In March of 2010, DMI began the second phase of its environmental initiative by tackling the American Home Furnishing Alliance's Sustainable by Design program. This program will help DMI maintain sustainable business practices by integrating existing recycling and conservation programs into a larger program focused on social responsibility, global climate change strategies, and "greening" the supply chain by working with all suppliers.

Available in early 2010 -- Rue de Lyon Modular Wall
Rue de Lyon’s component based modular wall system, introduced at Neocon, will be available by the end of January 2010 providing another great home office solution from DMI. The system consists of three base units – cabinet base, lateral file base, open base --, a peninsula desk, drawer pedestal and two hutches – open hutch and a cabinet hutch – that can be combined in numerous ways to create as small or as big a home office workstation as needed. Both the Open Base and Cabinet Base are designed to accommodate the Peninsula Desk and the Drawer Pedestal is designed to neatly nest beneath the Peninsula Desk. By adding one of the two Hutches additional storage is gained without taking up additional floor space. Features such as sliding back panels, power cord sets, pull-out printer shelf and task lighting can be found on various components.

Conference Table Data/Power Centers
In our electronic age, effective cable management is more important than ever. This is especially true for conferencing and DMI Office has several options of Conference Table Data/Power Centers. We have the 0000-31 Conference Table Data/Power Center in black and 0000-32 in a silver powder coated finish. These are table top flip up units with two power receptacles, two RJ-475 cat 6 connectors and a 72” power cord.
We also have a 0000-33 Data/Power Center in black and 0000-34 in silver powder coated finish. These units also have two power receptacles, two RJ-475 cat 6 connectors and a 72” power cord.
The 0000-35, black, and 0000-36, pearl finished, Conference Table Power Centers with Surge Protector have two duplexes (four power outlets), a 72” power cord with molded plus and 15 amp circuit breaker.
All of these Power Centers are UL Listed and CSA Certified and can be installed on 8’ and larger rectangular, boat shaped and racetrack conference tables. Pre-installation of the Power Centers at the factory is available. Please contact customer service for information.

Conference Tables that DMI now also has Keswick Expandable Tables?
With the addition of these tables we now offer our popular Expandable
Tables in both a Transitional and Traditional style and in four
finishes.
Like the Belmont Expandable Tables, the Keswick
Expandable Tables consists of eight basic components that allow you to
create tables starting at 8’ or 10’ and expanding in 4’ increments. The
Keswick table tops are handsomely designed with decorative cherry inlay
veneers and walnut banding and feature a lustrous, protective UV top
coat.
In addition to their exceptional style, the tables are
designed with cable management function. Each top has a pre-installed
grommet and a wire management trough or tray that provides an
aesthetically pleasing means to safely manage cables. The base
component is designed with a cable opening at the top and a vertical
channel within to guide cables out through the bottom of the base.
